Those of us at the ACCP Practice-Based Research Network (PBRN) are grateful to all the clinical pharmacists who participated in the Medication Error Detection, Amelioration, and Prevention (MEDAP) Study. The MEDAP Study demonstrated the success of the ACCP Research Institute PBRN. The funding for this sentinel feasibility project for the ACCP PBRN was provided by the Frontiers Fund. Thanks to all the participants for their efforts in making this study a success.
