The ACCP Excellence in Advancement of Diversity, Health Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Award will recognize an ACCP member who has shown exceptional dedication and impact in their efforts to promote or advance diversity, health equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives or programs through advocacy education, clinical practice, research, or leadership within the pharmacy profession, health care institutions, or local communities. Nominations (nominee name only) for the 2025 award are due November 30, 2024, with supporting documents due February 1, 2025.

Supporting documents consist of a letter from an ACCP member to the chair of the Awards Committee detailing the nominee’s qualifications for this award and their contributions to the field, the nominee’s curriculum vitae, and two letters of recommendation from other ACCP members. At least one of these letters must be from an individual outside the nominee’s current institute of practice.

Please consider nominating a deserving member for this new award. Note that current members of the Board of Regents, Foundation Board of Trustees, PPI Board of Directors, Awards Committee, and ACCP staff are ineligible.
