2024 Awards for Contributions to ACCP’s Official Journals

Pharmacotherapy Publications, Inc. (PPI) will recognize outstanding peer reviewers and authors with awards at the 2024 ACCP Annual Meeting in Phoenix during the Awards and Recognition Ceremony on Sunday, October 13.

ACCP’s official journals engage many peer reviewers, who help determine which high-quality articles will be published. These reviewers provide an integral service to the journals by critically evaluating the submitted manuscripts. The best reviewers provide the highest-quality reviews consistently and in a timely manner. The Journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (JACCP) and Pharmacotherapy are pleased to recognize 10 such reviewers.

In addition to the reviewer awards, PPI will recognize outstanding authors. The editors-in-chief and associate and scientific editors of ACCP’s two official journals and members of the Board of Directors of PPI – the publication arm of ACCP – have established the criteria for the Editor’s Choice Awards to recognize outstanding manuscripts published in JACCP and Pharmacotherapy.

Papers are selected by the respective editor-in-chief in collaboration with the supporting editors and board members. The paper selected must have been published in JACCP or Pharmacotherapy within the previous two volumes and must be exemplary. Drs. Jerry L. Bauman and C. Lindsay DeVane are pleased to recognize the following papers.
