The Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) are collaborating for the fourth year to offer a streamlined, flexible, remote residency and fellowship showcase. Take advantage of this completely free, virtual event on Tuesday, November 11, and Thursday, November 13, from 4 to 8 p.m. (CST) to make meaningful connections with a diverse group of highly qualified clinical pharmacy candidates.

Designed to ensure increased access to clinical pharmacy career paths—regardless of financial means or ability to travel—the event is open to ALL. Pharmacy recruiters and candidates are encouraged to attend this free event irrespective of SNPhA or ACCP membership status.

This year’s event will incorporate convenience and efficiency features for both recruiters and candidates. To maximize efficiency and impact, recruiters will select a 1-hour time slot to participate in the showcase. The event will emphasize first-year programs (PGY1 and fellowship), and current residents and fellows are encouraged to participate in the showcase to help recruit. Candidates will select favorites from program listings and sign up to attend 20-minute showcase time slots. The sign-up process is quick and easy—allowing candidates to have a more structured experience when visiting programs and to meet with up to 24 programs over the 2-day event. Sign-ups also benefit the programs—by knowing who and how many candidates to expect, program directors can staff their booths accordingly. This live event allows for interaction with candidates through the videoconference platform of the recruiter’s choice and includes an enhanced infrastructure to support the inclusion of an optional prerecorded informational video within the program listing.
