Hematology/Immunology/Oncology is the second title to be released in 2018 in the Pharmacotherapy Self-Assessment Program (PSAP) series. Pharmacists seeking CPE credit may complete the educational materials and successfully pass the associated tests by May 14, 2021. Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPSs) seeking recertification credit must complete and successfully pass the associated online test by September 17, 2018.
