In keeping with ACCP’s mission to advance clinical pharmacy practice, the 2017 ACCP Pharmacotherapy Program will be offered in collaboration with China Medical University, Taipei Medical University, and Taiwan Society of Health-System Pharmacists on September 15–17, 2017.
The 3-day program will offer 20 sessions covering conditions and diseases under three major specialty therapeutic areas: endocrinology, oncology, and hepatic diseases (Box).
Clinical pharmacists with expertise and recognized credentials in each topic area will lead these highly engaging sessions. Optimal approaches to pharmacotherapy and clinical skills development will be emphasized. Patient cases will be used throughout the program, either embedded in various topic sessions or given as stand-alone sessions, to reinforce and illustrate the application of therapeutic knowledge gained.
