Attention Students and Trainees: Apply for 2025 Annual Meeting Travel Awards

Have you thought about attending an ACCP meeting, but have limited financial resources available to cover your travel and registration costs? ACCP and its members want to help!

ACCP student and resident/fellow travel awards enable students and postgraduate trainees to attend ACCP meetings by awarding travel stipends and/or complimentary meeting registrations. Apply online now for an award to attend the 2025 ACCP Annual Meeting.

How to Apply

Students:

Student members of ACCP who are full-time pharmacy students pursuing their first professional pharmacy degree are invited to apply for a travel award. Applicants are asked to submit a completed application, which includes a CV or resume, 2 letters of reference, and an essay detailing the applicant’s objectives for attending an ACCP meeting.

New in 2025, the Dr. Kimberly B. Tallian Memorial Endowed Student Travel Award will also be available through the same application. This award honors the legacy of Kimberly B. Tallian, Pharm.D., FCCP, FASHP, FCSHP, BCPP, APH—a passionate neuropsychiatric pharmacist and longtime ACCP member. Tallian made lasting contributions to the College through her leadership in the Central Nervous System PRN, service on ACCP committees, and support of student and resident development. Her generous bequest to the ACCP Foundation now supports this annual student travel award.

In addition to the standard application materials, students who wish to be considered for the Tallian Award should submit an essay that, together with outlining their objectives for attending an ACCP meeting, describes their interest in clinical pharmacy as a career, their involvement or curiosity in psychiatric or neurologic clinical pharmacy practice or research, and their overall interest in ACCP as a professional home. Applicants without a specific interest in psychiatric or neurologic pharmacy will also be considered for this award.

All application materials for student travel awards should be submitted online here. The application deadline is August 29.

Residents/Fellows:

To qualify, applicants must be current members of ACCP who are enrolled in a residency or fellowship/full-time graduate studies program at the time of the meeting. Applicants must submit a CV, an essay detailing their objectives for attending an ACCP meeting, and a personal reference from the residency or fellowship program director or their designee.

All application materials for resident/fellow travel awards should be submitted online here. The application deadline is August 29.
